Yeah I get the same vibe. She keeps mentioning mental health and how the pandemic has brought some mental health issues to light which makes me think she’s possibly struggling rn. And no, I don’t really think it’s overstepping unless you’re trying to diagnose her or something.  I selfishly hope she channels her emotions into her music but I’m not sure she will bc she always talks about writing where she wants to be or whatever. Like the last record ended with hope so I wonder if this record is gonna reflect more of a positive outlook to follow the trend she’s been on since LFL.

I think everyone right now is really unhappy. Myself included. I'm sick of Covid19, sick of seeing people die from it, sick of people refusing to wear their masks, sick of kids having street parties and club gatherings during the pandemic, sick of not being able to not sit INSIDE a restaurant to eat, sick of not being able to go anywhere, sick of eating out of boredom and sadness and sick of cops killing black people.
