You can always dispute a charge with your bank and get refunded that way, IF they don't cancel it. But I've never needed to do that. Just give them a bit, it sometimes takes a week or two to get an order cancelled/refunded.

I have done it before as I bought the wrong thing once, I had to email them I remember and they emailed back and whatever, it got cancelled pretty quick I recall like the next day or 2 days later.
