Well I think it is to promote the album too, I mean more like bts of the album creation process

what i see happening is that this new account will be used to promote the album during the era and then when it's done it'll turn into the new random things account, kind of like what happened to @honeymoon before it became her main account

it's verified so people know it IS actually lana but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't remove the verification & go private when the era is over
