I think they should have used a new single from Paradise, but hey it's something.

If I'm not mistaken they stopped sending her singles to radio, so this is a step up. They never promoted her in the US:

I think this is the perfect time for this. Lana already has gained a lot more attention from Y&B and her "cool" status to teens has become more widely noticed so this could smash. It's the most radio friendly of hers imo to begin with, and I wish they had simply used the radio mix from Germany, but either way this remix can really help it too. I'd say it'll chart pretty well.

It is gonna be literal summetime sadness when this goes nowhere and makes her music seem like even more of a joke to the few Americans who will actually hear it.

 

Why not service out the radio mix? Or how about the Monseiur Adi mix? Either of them has more personality than the Cedric one. Plus it's gonna make it look like Lana is thirsty for radio play and made a shitty electro song for people who already know her but don't know the original song.
