am i the only one who thinks that the song she was playing really doesn't mean anything? she probably was just bopping to it and happened to have someone take a video of her dancing. i think if she wanted to get back at sean she would play a song that was a little more obvious and i don't think "stay high" is that obvious enough.

IMO, to an extent Grimes must agree with, or at least turn a blind eye to, Elon's bullshit. For me, it's the same deal as with Lana: I still like her music, but it affects how I perceive her as a person when she dates someone who is obviously of questionable character.

 

An artist's personal beliefs and actions matter a lot to some fans, and not at all to others. I'm somewhere in between. I am not a fan of Sean, but I also know it's unlikely to last, especially because they have already clearly broken up at least once, so

And those cars; the 1964 coupe Deville and the 1964 El Dorado are very common amongst collectors. I see them at every antique car show I go to. I see them on the streets sometimes.

 

Do you know just how easy it is to find one of those? It’s real easy. I can probably go out tomorrow and find one to use for a film shoot quickly. They used one in “Mad Men”.

Stan culture and toxic fandom hurts artists. Obsessing over Lana’s dating life is crossing a line. Her personal life is no business of the fans. The only things the fans have a right to is the art the artist makes. Everything else is off limits.

 

And toxic fandom hurts the artist an can have dangerous effects on the mental health of the artist. Lana has had issues with depression and has mental health issues of her own. If you truly love and care about her you will stay out of her private life. Who she dates is not her business and you have no business knowing where she lives and camping in her garage like some fans once did.

 

Lana has the right to space and privacy. You do not own her. She is not your property. No artist is the property of their fans.

You made your point well. love Lana's music, and I enjoy lanaboards most of the time as a place to discuss it, but Lana stans really give me pause sometimes.Some of y'all really do stalk and bully a person you don't know everyday. It's just not healthy to put people on pedestals and then habitually knock them down and repeat infinitely.It is so toxic.
