I'll never understand why people dislike Honeymoon so much... it's such a great and unique album. I listen to it more than BTD and UV

How are y'all so dramatic? Surely you all listen to other music that can occupy your time till LFL comes out? Not to mention all Lana's previous albums and unreleased stuff?

I get the feeling that Lana has a lot of great things in store for us... she's just been holding a lot of it back to spread out the hype over a longer period of time.

Wow, I literally last logged on here about 4 years ago! I still fucking adore Lana.
 
I'm so into her unreleased songs at the moment. I found this article on some of them and thought you guys might like it. I seriously adore the way this person writes about her and appreciates her cinematic Hollywood aesthetic.

I love how they put 1949 as number 1 - I have never, ever heard anyone mention even mention it. I personally think it's a little work of art and is what made me read Lolita. Controversial as it is, if you like Lana, you need to read it - it's like dipping into her brain. She references it so much.. "swimming pool", "Carmen"... so many of her symbols come from Lolita.
 
I swear I would have put these unreleased songs in at least my top 20. What do you guys think of them?
 

It's obnoxious that the default here is to be sarcastic when someone asks a question. It happens all the time because of the anonymity. I get it we're all on edge but that question wasn't that obvious (I know an artist can put out an album without a preorder but don't know how often it happens, outside of completely surprise releases) and it isn't completely uncalled for them to ask not to be treated that way. You don't NEED to be snarky with someone

Even if she did...there would be 300 pages of shitposts saying "the era is dead!" "wow I'm bored now, flop era" "did you check the streams? They fell 2 points in Barbados." "I hate all of the pictures...."

I've been re-falling in love with Love again. It really is great stuff. "Lust.." is also much better after you let it alone for a few days.

What I do care about is hanging out with other Lana fans, celebrating a new album release, without seeing your shitty posts every 4th reply about how the songs are BOMBING, how NO ONE is here for it, and how she's a huge FLOP!
