The way when you first listen to BBS the instrumentation sounds so erratic but then with every listen it just sounds more and more normal and soon you realize it's perfect for the song

i don’t get why they just didn’t wait with sending the cds until they get the cards… because then they’ll send the cards in that thin worthless packaging and it’ll probably arrive all creased and bent

Text Book, Blue Banisters, and Wildflower Wildfire  – being a first look into this record – alone were among the best songs she's ever written. I am so excited to hear how she's going to endeavour on this sound and calibre of writing moving forward. 

yeah, i've listened to it enough times by now to say this is officially my favorite LDR record, with too many reasons to write out at the moment. Sorry, Honeymoon  

this album is timeless

I’m so happy more people are seeing the light to what is in my opinion one of the quintessential tracks of miss Lana Del Rey, this album contains I think some of her most amazing performances and she’s truly like no other.
 
the way she spells out California at the end and the devastating harmonies, no other

For me, nectar of the gods represents a moment of quiet upset after the self-reassured/confident tracks in the first half of the album, which is then met afterwards by the comforting energies of LL, CB and SC. Like it’s her telling herself everything will be ok  
 
That’s how it all makes sense for me anyway!
