To be honest, I don’t know anything about that church, except for the things I read here. Considering that a significant number of her listeners are part of the LGBTQ community, it’s really mind blowing to see that some people think she’d support anything like homophobia. You don’t have to agree on every level to still feel a spiritual connection. 
  I love everything we have heard so far from the album. The only annoying thing is that she is so mysterious about everything.    And by the way, where did she find those girls? Somehow I don’t like seeing them with her, there’s a strange energy surrounding them

I agree that her choice of going there is very odd, but religion is something very private, and you shouldn’t criticize someone based on their beliefs

This is her BEST album, and when it came out I thought it was the worst.  It really gets better with time. Also you're not a real lipster if you haven't cut yourself at least once to the ending of The Blackest Day.
 

Sometimes, I listen to TLY with my eyes closed, start to cry because of how much I feel the song, time stops for 5 minutes, and it brings back memories that I would never lose for anything. I'm not often getting on the emotional side, but I'm so thankful Lana released Honeymoon. This album means so much to me.

If he'd hoard it for himself that would be ok, but the way he teases and boasts about that stuff is disgusting

Not everyone can separate the person and their art, and I don't even think it's a good idea, but that's just me as well. Of course nobody is stopping listening to her music but it's just puzzling, like the whole baddie thing. It would actually be worrying if nobody cared that she's attending a homophobic church
 
also I can NOT stand that girl next to her. She's literally been everywhere around her lately. Plus she sounds so shallow damn I don't want to be mean but I feel like those girls are like... harmful to the brain

The piano ballads we heard so far showcase her voice, her emotion, and the strong storytelling of the songs. I don't mind "heavier production", but the storytelling was a bit lost on some of her songs. I have in mind a couple of BTD tracks, that had stellar lyrics, but took many listens to discover, because the production kinda "muffled" them (Off To the Races, National Anthem come to mind). 
On NFR, even a short snippet in super low quality showcases the emotions of the song. I am impressed by this record so far.
