i genuinely cant keep up with any information from this album so everything’s gonna be a shock to me when it releases

It’s been a month and a few days, still loving the song. I’m honestly kinda surprised at how much it’s still holding up since it’s technically not pop/upbeat. I think there’s just a balance and longevity to it, and it can resonate, personally, kinda like re-reading your journal or seeing patterns in different things. 
 
As much as I’d like to know the tracklist info etc. we’ve got plenty from the cover visuals and vinyl colors, 2 months and we’ll be alright. The song’s currently more than enough, but if true info’s gonna come, then I’ll wait for some kind of post or something. 
 
At this point some’d rather entertain themselves to others’ expense, find ur own supply, and if u look past things, it’s really nbd, just a matter of patience.

Just wanted to state the obvious because it’s getting increasingly harder for me to deal with spambots who just want to tear Lana down for the sake of it. You want rock music? Ultraviolence is there. You want an incredibly cohesive blending of orchestra, dream pop, trap AND jazz? There’s Honeymoon. Hip-hop? Born To Die. Trap AND new age folk all in one sitting? Lust for Life. The second coming of Joni Mitchell? NFR. Folk and country done in a way that’s not as alienating as those genres can sometimes become? Chemtrails. Oh you’re tired of music and just want to hear someone do spoken word? Violet! I could go on but the work is out there. Respect it.

My dream for this era:
* A Rolling Stone US cover and/or an American Vogue cover (long overdue imo)
* A proper single release with a high budget music video a month before to drive momentum
* Interviews throughout the first week (Zane Lowe etc.)
* Guest on an unexpected podcast (even Joe Rogan idgaf)
 
Reality:
* She releases a piano ballad with a music video by Charlie or Chuck
* She does an IG live the day after release and calls it a day
