Ok but she literally said she wrote the most beautiful songS back in February/March. And we know Lana writes plenty of stuff so she more than likely wasn’t referring to just MAC and the other song we are getting tomorrow. That makes me think those two tracks are part of a wider project.. I don’t think those are two stand-alones song she’s releasing out of nowhere..

Exactly. She's been in the studio with Jack since February. Idk where all of the cynicism about a new record is coming from, it's not like she's ever let us down with the almost annual release dates. 

There is gonna be an album... She's pretty much teased several track titles, confirmed she'd written multiple songs, potentially collaborated with Marina and worked with Jack for a couple of months now. This is gonna be her HM2.0 and I'm here for it, BTD, UV and LFL feel like her big albums, heavily promoted etc. Paradise and HM are like vanity projects that came pretty much imminently after other projects. Like this one...

This album came out at an important time for me (my mom passed away a couple of months later), and it has helped me grieve. It is a masterpiece, one that needs to be listened to when you are in a quiet place. I love that she recently called that album her «vanity project». There are so many subtleties and layers to the melodies, and so many powerful moments as well (The Blackest Day, 24, God Knows I Tried, Religion, to name a few). I loved the stormy feeling of UV, but I must admit that UV can get me down a bit, as opposed to HM, which I can listen to no matter what I do or how I feel. This album channels so much the Old Hollywood and California vibes. It is her most underrated gem. And I love that some stans don't get it lol.

Anyway just passing by to state again that Honeymoon can easily be considered her best album   and if you hate this album you have no taste AT ALL, I'll pray for you though , you and your ugly twink taste ! don't worry 

The combination of trap beats and saxophone on Art Deco is phenomenal.

I will never get over how exquisite Terrence Loves You, Honeymoon, The Blackest Day, Swan Song, Art Deco and Religion are. My favorite Lana record by miles.

HM was the third uppercut in her discography. 

BTD was a revelation; Paradise cemented and expanded her universe; UV was so different (and such a clever move; you can't duplicate a masterpiece, the only sane way to still surprise everyone is to go in a complete opposite direction) and raw; HM was almost UV's opposite (so ethereal and airy and luminescent and soooo timeless). She knocked me out of my shoes with that one. This album features some of her best vocals and some of her most poignant heartaches (The Blackest Day is one of my top 5 for sure). It is my favorite from her. Just bravo.

I’m glad that she’s taking the lead and confirming it herself. That’s not good for Radiohead’s image.
 
What I’m not happy about is that some of the comments by Lana stans on instagram or Twitter are... pretty childish.

Honestly already imagining what the next album is gonna be like with all this drama going on in Lana's life right now... but on a serious note, I pray our baby girl does well in court. We all know too well how Lana's struggled and fought hard for credibility and respect as an artist since her debut.... this is such a low blow by Radiohead too.

They're probably just sour that Get Free is a better song with better lyrics.

She will also get publicity, good and bad. People will want to hear Get free and will notice how superior it is...
