I don't want to be melodramatic but I'm so goddamn excited and nervous for NFR to be released because Lana is literally the only thing that's strong enough to WAKE ME UP. Y'all know I have a lot of mental issues and everytime I got a little bit better was because of Lana. Born to Die made me go further in music production, Ultra helped me go through the worst year ever, Honeymoon was perfectly released right when I was in a very 'isolated' state of mind, LFL made me understand so fucking many things and it made me do some CHANGES, when I saw her live I was the happiest in my entire life for a good few months... and now I know Norman will have a big impact on my life ESPECIALLY because I analyze music so so deeply... It will keep me entertained and I know the lyrics will resonate a lot :defeated:

I don't think 30th either cause Taylor's second week is most likely stronger than Lana's first since she'll actually promote her release (I suppose) 
16th is the most likely one. If she announced the album after the festival dates are over it's just over 3 weeks until release which is an ok time-frame for some press coverage and no further promo (unless she surprises us lol)

NFR feels like it'll be released August 16th. Idk that date just seems very 'safe'.

This post is like those people who see that everyone is happy and try to ruin their happiness by making them have doubts and second thoughts nn

even if she doesn't promote it we're still getting a new album with new songs and new visuals like can't that be enough? And AS IF Lana would give a fuck if you or whoever else decided to be rebellious and not buy the album... get in touch with reality

Honestly I wouldn't mind if she doesn't release another song before the album. At the moment we still have 10 songs to hear which is big, and even though we've heard snippets, I believe the songs will surprise us so much.
And it's not like releasing another single will change something anyway. The album doesn't have bangers, it's not commercial, so I don't think another song will hype people more (except Cinnamon maybe)

so... why are we expecting another song before the album exactly? Lana promoting this album will be her playing the songs in the background on insta with her hillsong baddies.

as long as she doesn't fuck it up with Coachella style production and cringey lyrics, I really think this could be her best album - definitely her most mature, cohesive and authentic anyway

alright she has been consistent, in june she said 2 months and now in july it's next month. I trust in the puta and guess she will wait with the official announcement until the last date is over so the 24th/25th really cant come soon enough. 

Strangely I'm not hyped and not one bit excited about this "coming next month" announcement. My body just cannot have an ounce of trust in her. Pre-order with a date - that's how it's done! I will not fall for the foolery again

i think my favorite part about this era wasn’t the actual music, being on here with you guys really cheered me up and i’m glad i joined the party eventually (better late than never eh?)
