Yeah, I downloaded it on the same day it was put on there. Kind of stupid that it was only aviable for a limited time, it's such a wonderful song. I can send it to you but I won't have access to my drive until sunday. Concerning the Portishead comparance ... I think Amandine Insensible has a slightly Portishead-esque sound but apart from that the music is quite different. However, the general vibes of Sevdaliza's music often remind me a bit of Portishead's Third.

I really love her, I enjoy "The Suspended Kid" a lot and I was so excited when she released One Armed Lullaby for the Red Bull Campaign and the "Children Of Silk" EP late last year. Did not know she already has a new single ... I hope she'll release an Album or further EPs soon! Also, don't forget about this https://youtu.be/CVeGUQHvnuM https://youtu.be/v1ULZ2NVKM8

Come on guys, she's a troll project how can you expect her to act like a normal pop artist? I think this was hillarious

Million Reasons is terrible and corny. Perfect Illusion and A-Yo are just generic, boring and bad. Hey Girl is a joke on both Gagas and Florence's part but I expected it to be like that. Diamond Hert is a mess in every way, the second verse is nice but the rest of it is just all over the place. Angel Down would be an ok track if it wasn't for this terrible lyrics. Come To Mama and Joanne are ok but they feel forced and would not catch my ear outside of the album and compared to the rest of her discography they are not really worth to be mentioned. The only two songs I really like and that are capable of standing up with the rest of her discography are John Wayne and Dancing In Circles. Both of them are fun and have a good sound. I expected this album to be her worst so I'm not disappointed but it's sad how she wastes away all of her potential The Fame > The Fame Monster > ARTPOP >>> Born This Way >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Joanne

Resistance is the definiton of what musical direction I'd neve rwant lana to go in. It's so generic and uninsteresting and it does not even sound goof

Heard songs from the Fame yestetday and as much as I dislike the stuff she does right now, those were some really fun songs!

Coven > Murder House > Roanoke > Asylum >> Freak Show >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hotel So far I really love that season but I feel Gags character could drag it down again. And no - I'm not HATING. Her role this time si written better than the Hotel role which was basically just a Gaga-Vampire. And her acting is pretty solid aswell so far. But the writer seems to think it's enough to have Gaga play the role when there would be much more potential in her character. But we'll see. I really love Sarah Paulson this seaso and Dennis O'Hare is pretty good aswell! Kathy Bates slays as usual. S6 reassured me that they are all great actors and it was definitly just Hotel's shitty writing that ruined S5.

Not really like that there would be much to not understand straight forward music. She has Gaga in her name but there is nothing progressive about her music

All the verses sound so forced, this whole "my album's called 'Joanne', I'm doing collabs with alt-artists and I'm wearing a fancy hat" stuff is so unauthentic. She should accept that she's a popsinger. Not that I'm against her trying out stuff, the jazz stuff was really nice but this is super meh. All the songs are so basic ...

I really like the Bandaid snippets that leaked. I hope the second album will feature the song or go into a similar direction

So homegirl ran out of money ... Happy to hear she's in the studio again. I hope we get Disconnect before MATD4 drops ... Clean Bandit should finally get their asses up and release it Nah, that's some kind of texture

People on here get so cross and rude when you critisize the music they like and react like you insulted them. But they feel entitled to judge and bash Lana's appearance based on secretly taken pics of her casually shopping.

The commercial would be a messy cut of different scenes from BtD era music videos and swimming underwater-girls while West Coast is playing and a female speaker announces the perfume. Lana would not know of the existance of neither the commercial nor the perfume.

Kim Kardashian Robbed At Gunpoint
Thunder Revenant replied to Macintosh Manhattan's topic in World News
Should not happen to anyone, it's terrible. But y'all act as if she would generally be a poor, pitiful woman when she's a spoiled brat famous for being famous. -
Room For 2 sounds really good!

It's kind of obvious the main interest of this project is not to become a big conventional popstar and I'm not even sure if the music is actually in the focus or more like a necessary part of this Illuminati-Pop Industry parody Not that I wouldn't like some new music but keep posts like this for stars like Dua Lipa

Pretty sure there's something coming soon

God, I wonder if y'all always look your best when you go to the mall. And if you look great on every f*cking pic that is taken whenever you're not even looking. Let the poor woman live

I really love Fuck With Myself, it's so dark and sinister and I like the unconventional song concept. Gemini Feed is a masterpiece, the instrumentak is beautiful, the build up during the verse is great and the chorus is heavenly. Lovesick is the suprise-sobg on this album for me, I did not expect it to be that good. I love how it's so .. well, lovesick but still manages to keep up a warm feeling. Judas is so sexy, dark and atmospheric and To The Hilt is the first Banks piano-ballad I really "feel". 27 Hours is pretty nice but veeery dramatic. The rest of the album is ok but nothing I feel the need to listen to too often. Some tracks are cute but don't really go anywhere (Not About Us, Mother Earth, Weaker Girl) and I still think Poltergeist and Mind Games have much more potential that could have been used. My least favourite tracks are Haunt (I like the production with the tropical sounds but the song itself is meh) and Trainwreck (it has it's moments but it feels so messy and all over the place). I still prefer Altar over Goddess, it's much more diverse and I prefer the atmosphere and production. Goddess was a bit stale and lacked sone "power spikes" between all the soft atmospheric tracks (apart from Begging For Thread).

Post-BTD singles that could have been hits
Thunder Revenant replied to PARADIXO's topic in Lana Thoughts
Saying UV could have been a hit is delusional ... And Freak's not even a single it just got a video. Brooklyn Baby could have scored if it was released as a single (with a radio cut), HBTB could have done better if it would have been promoted better and maybe MTWBT could have at least been successfull on smaller/alternative radios -
I actually prefer The Altar over Goddess. Goddess has songs that feel "deeper" but it's also a quite stale album with few variations in the sound. The Altar feels much more dynamic.

What musical direction should Lana go in for LDR5?
Thunder Revenant replied to ilovetati's topic in Lana Thoughts
I want the genre to be "Your Girl"
