Every song on this damn record is just so good, they're all standouts in their own way! She truly delivered a record showcasing her beautiful voice soaring over such classic-feeling compositions - thematically it's probably her most existential record and I really appreciate her willingness to always be vulnerable. She's certainly done that on this album and it's seriously my favourite. I cannot get enough of it and I'm so happy it's finally out 

There probably won’t be that many more it’s already gotten reviews from all the big places too other than RS which I’m assuming will praise it

the atmosphere created with the production and her singing is insane

i did an album concept. that's the vibes i get from the title. hope u like it 

my predictions
 
- the album will be completely/largely produced by Zach Dawes
- Dealer will be on here
- "Grenadine Quarantine" and "If this is the end I want a boyfriend" were possibly made with Zach Dawes and could be on this record
 
- the genres are mainly California Rock and Country Rock but it's still Lana's way
- the title is inspired by "Rock Candy" by Montrose, a Californian hard rock band
 
 
- other inspirations include The Rolling Stones, especially the record "Sticky Fingers" that includes songs like Brown Sugar and Wild Horses
- we were given a taste of the Country Rock side of the record on the song "Dance Till We Die"
- Breaking Up Slowly wasn't the last collaboration with Nikki Lane
 
Edit: I think her brother Charlie will do a lot of the visuals for this album (interview mag video & beans vibes)

So here for it. Your mind amazes me. 

Chemtrails doesn’t even seem to have any songs written during quarantine. All the songs on it seem to be have been recorded between Norman’s release and her time on the road for the NFR tour. Wanderlust and Yosemite already are two songs recorded prior to these sessions (maybe even LMLYLAW). In Music Week,
she says the album is about being at a standstill, not knowing what the next
move is: that’s why I think Chemtrails is so short. 

I love the holy trinity of Wild At Heart / Dark But Just a Game / Not All Who Wander Are Lost 

Listening to this album outside in the nature hits different 
It fits so perfectly

COCC took the first place of my album ranking so violently, I listen to it everytime, songs are stuck in my head all day and I absolutely can't rank the songs cause I just adore them all. My new Honeymoon finally came and I'm so living for it. I'm in heaven right now
In France the radio "France Culture", that is known to be extremely serious and academic says LDR is becoming bigger than Joni Mitchell... I get the point. I really think she is as playful and talented as Joni. And COCC is something of a todays Joni.

I don't think it's bitterness on my part (although I am bitter ...) that makes me think that not only should metacritic not count the Sputnik review of Chemtrails, but that the site overall should be disqualified in future from being considered a notable review site. Honestly, that review is bilge.

So Sputnik‘s review didnt count for Metacritic? Did our emails work or are they just not working on the weekend
