All of Lana's title tracks go hard as hell and it's hard to even rank them.

I don't like NFR, but it didn't feel like it lacked authenticity to me. I just think that besides Venice Bitch, which is a career defining song by all means, the rest of the album felt wishy-washy sonically. Also, I'm kinda over people acting like longer/wordier lines are automatically better than short or repetitive ones in terms of songwriting. I'd rather hear Lana say she's a sad girl on a continuous loop, than hearing her say that she's got fucked so good she almost said "I love you", or sing about her babies on the tourlyfe.
 
I don't think any of her records lack authenticity, they just all belong in a very specific time and place in her life and her career as a singer songwriter--to the exception of Chemtrails and Blue Banisters who, by all means are good records, but they read more like half-albums or mixtapes. 
 
It is my belief that her first three records are her most iconique. Born to Die put her on the map, she cemented herself as a multifaceted and growing artist on Ultraviolence, and Honeymoon was her consecration.

the writing on electra was absolutely incredible, dare i say.. lana level (thanks daddy rick!) (kidding, even the songs he didn’t co-write are incredible). the production was so big and full of layers and harmonies and i’ll never get tired of listening to it 
 
froot is kinda perfect to me (aside from weeds but we won’t talk about her), it’s so beautifully and tastefully written and the production choices really pull everything together so nicely, the little celestial sound effects in Blue, the vocal filter on solitaire, man oh man, perfect vibe. so easy to listen to front to back
 
TFJ is harder to compare for me, it’s probably the most different out of them all in terms of both cohesion and sound, but an incredible album, a little rough around the edges and some wacky moments lyrically but it really does prove her abilities and talent in a kate-bushy way
 
i’ve already spoken a lot about my dislike and other thoughts on the other two so i won’t go into it

This is more or less it for me as well. EH/FROOT/TFJ occupy a heavenly space. ADIAML is down to earth. L&F is where Persephone goes for half the year.

I’m on a Honeymoon marathon today .  What an album … I hope ocean Blvd has a structure like honeymoon .

Ben and Ed are the biggest jokes on the fucking planet. Why are they mad when we are doing their jobs they refuse to do FOR THEM?????????

We already had a blank oceanblvd account, A&W popping out on some streaming services, an "expected" date for it and a post from Lana from a week ago teasing A&W.... and they get mad cause we finally got a real accurate date instead of having to hopelessly wait until whatever day they chose to "surprise release" something we know was eventually coming

if her team can get angry at the people finding the track length and releasing info then they can also do something for once and actually announce a single on time

Sorry but her team has no reason to be angry …. They have left us completely dry for 2 months and this is also not the first time this has happened with a song obviously supposed to come out on a certain day and then being delayed. Ultimately it’s THEIR fault we know anything anyway so either do something interesting or shut up

I feel like sometimes Lana gets mad at media/insiders about something or AM/Spotify in this instance but can't really do anything to them so instead she chooses to torture her fans.

why would her managers be mad when it's all the "insiders" and fans that keep the hype and promo going  like ive seen more twitter stats / fans accounts doing more promo than Tap Management 

why her team is always mad when we are actually hyped  is it because insiders are doing your job Ben?   take notes babe 
 

The real question is, will Lana make an announcement prior to the release or will post a badly cropped image of the single 2 days after the release?
