yeah but what if, since her management also said she was working on two albums right now, this time (unlikely but still) she’d REALLY have it all planned out and confirmed BEFORE opening her big mouth?
what if, for once, everyone on her team’s on board and the album’s ready? i mean around qftc she dropped it out of nowhere and never made an official announcement post or even hinted at it at all, nor did her team. this time at least ben and that poldyor guy seem to be aware of what she has planned (and polydor guy did say she had something special planned he doesn’t wanna talk about)
 
and she has been heavily teasing the album since november and changed her look/hair for the typical dark uv vibe.... idk to me everything’s coming together there’s too many coincidences here for them to be real coincidences

The gag is that most people don’t even know/care that she’s genuinely acclaimed these days. They still treat her like SNL was yesterday. I’d gladly trade universal acclaim for UV 2.0. 

Although I'm not getting excited just yet, it could explain why COCC is so short. Maybe she did record a lot of songs but felt they were more cohesive in two separate albums 

COCC is a great album but as someone said on here, it's more like an EP. At least that's how I feel too. I hope RCS is full and generous with at LEAST 14 tracks with no collabs or interludes. A dream luvs

A friend sent me a ss of something on Reddit (?) and it was basically saying that she probably thought she'd be able to use some disparaging article about COCC, but all of the COCC reviews and articles are good, so she dredged up an old article from January. So the theory is that this was all planned, just like she seemingly planned her response to the album cover non-comments.

Y'all are projecting way too much on Lana lmao. The accusation of Lana tokenizing her "non white friends" can easily be dismissed by saying that you are actually the one(s) tokenizing their presence in her life. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's also actually kinda worrisome to me that as soon as you see someone "non-white" around her it makes you think that the relationship here is phony? It says more about you and your vision of the world than it does about Lana's tbh.
 
Anyway, can these little perfomative activists/virtue signalers and others just stop writing these inflamatory and ridiculous articles about her like? This doesn't do anything other than gaslighting Lana and some of her fans. They are seriously overestimating the influence they have here. Still can't believe this bitch accused Lana of overlooking the gentrification of New York in 'Brooklyn Baby' or that she culturally appropriated French braids... sis come on. Her reaction to Lana calling her out speaks volume to me, she loves the attention.
