Decided to tweak the vocals to make a pretty melody but realized I would actually enjoy listening to a full version of this. Is anybody else interested or just me lol?

'Sad Girl' is criminally underrated, the bridge:"I'm on fire baby, I'm on fire", ties with the guitar solo in 'Pretty When You Cry' as the emotional apex of the record in my honest opinion.

Exactly. We would be head over heels for this song if we hadn’t overplayed the demo so much. Besides, we kinda know that both TNBAR and California are about Barrie: if she had kept the « impotence » part of the demo, it would have outdone the message of California, the « all is forgiven, come back to see me because we created good music together »

TNBA totally fits with both the lyricism and the sound of the second half of NFR, if y'all wouldn't know that it was a scrapped LFL outtake you would never be so annoying about it

The Universe knows that Lana stans craving for this song since we heard the snippet... This year went downhill pretty fast but the Universe is doing it for us..for the Lana Stans...it's testing us how much we can carry on our backs..the cherry on the top was Lana deleting the first cover for her spoken word album and then the Universe realized that it was too much pain for us so Lana reposted it...The Universe will bless us for doing well in the game that some higher powers are playing with us... it already blessed us with LFL Demo, SQ, and some other memorable leaks...this year is dragging us down but if we stay strong and survive this dogshit of a year we will get blessed. LIB is somewhere waiting to get free & see us crying while we listen to it, Yosemite is coming and believe it or not even the Spoken Word Alboom  with the holy lemon tree on its cover is coming!!  Send your prayers to the Universe and it will bless us. Believe me or not. I wish she'd record songs that sound like Wait For Life, Life Is Beautiful, songs that kinda remember the dramatic cinematic air she used to have back in 2012/2013

My unpopular opinion is that NFR is one of my least favorite Lana albums. It's good, don't get me wrong, but most of the songs are sleeper. I've only listened to the whole thing like three times, so maybe it needs time to grow on me. The only songs I really like are Cinnamon girl, Happiness is a butterfly and Doin' Time.
