Well all I know is what we the public have been told, and that is that Chemtrails over the Country Club is coming in 3 days on September 5th. If it doesn’t come in 3 days I have every right to be bummed, because as of now, no one has said anything official otherwise. 

If it's delayed till october I'll be good with an album trailer or a single at least 
But I doubt she's gonna put out the album the same day the physical copies of Violet will be out, 'cause it could generate some confusion in casual fans 

literally none of this will matter if cotcc is released this week, it's not going to matter whether or not she annouced any pre-order or did anything to confirm it's coming out. how could you want to wait another MONTH just so the album could have a proper release? 
 
she did say it was going to be a surprise, and maybe by surprise, she meant no information before hand? in a sense, it is still a surprise because we don't know what to expect.

Every record store I call they basically give me ‘lana del who?, can you repeat that? Right well October 2nd is the date, for her new album bent backwards over violet  I hope that helps’

good morning guys here's for another day of nothing 

Not October. I've barely been keeping up with the tea this album cycle because the last few ones have traumatised me. Despite that, I had faith in her original announcement date. Looks like I was a FOOL.

What’s their source though?? It’s so frustrating that random Dutch websites know it’s ‘delayed’ before her own fans

They're literally quoting what she wrote in her question for the culture ig post, I wouldn't get my hopes up based on this... but I hope they got some sort of confirmation!
