I didn’t initially get the Honeymoon comparisons either but I can see/hear it now. It’s just the opulence that Honeymoon had. I think it just comes from the richer sound, production, layers. While I love NFR and it is one of my favorites it lacked that richness.

As far as the lyric debate, this is what I hear.

I like how the two lines referencing drinking are like pleading for him not to. It just seems like an interesting little insight if those are the lyrics. Like pick me over the alcohol. Just the way I’m taking it.
 
I am expecting something today with all the talk from the stylist. Def seems like that shoot was either for music video or some sort of cover rather that be single or album. Def getting single release vibes! Let us pray.

The struggle of being European is missing all the hype after that snippet but omg it sounds so good? It’s very chill, very relaxed and has a nice beat oof it sounds different to what she’s done
