The first fingertips snippet really sound just like a voice memo. The second one has better vocals (and I'd be shocked if those are from a voice memo too cause they sound professionally recorded) but I don't think it's the final version either 
 
I'm really curious about that song cause the process behind it sounds like a wild ride since Lana referenced twice already (in the w magazine and in the letter she posted yesterday)

I hope we get a couple of new pictures for each single like the DIK (song) ones. They are really different from the album ones and it would be a nice way of completing an already amazing photoshoot.

Since Rockefeller was probably one of the last songs she did for the album maybe that means Jon Batiste is mainly producing the next one. She always starts another album while finishing the current record so maybe she wanted to add that one to LDR9 but we'll get more with him in LDR10/11/whatever we'll call it.
 
But let's go a step further, imagine if she was teasing a song from that next album before even saying a word about LDR9 
 
Maybe she wanted to keep LDR9 totally secret but she missed posting snippets 

Unless they are now 100% sure nothing will leak it makes no sense to delay an album to have all the visuals and promo ready beforehand. It would be kinda the opposite and they would rush the release as soon as possible so we're probably getting the album once is done being pressed sometime around March.
 
Maybe nothing is coming out this year and they still need to do some visuals (one of Neil's comment possible interpretations) so they could do that while the physicals are getting done but I don't think they will sit on a finished album for longer than necessary (considering vinyl already delays a release for months) 
 
Also unless she had HUGE plans for this era (I'm talking BTD levels of promo/content, which I doubt) I don't think it would take that long to finish up all the non music related stuff for the album...
 
We know she sadly lost some stuff that was potentially related to the record but still... at that point the other parties involved were probably already working on it so it wouldn't be lost entirely (specially since Lana likes to have the videos ready before she releases her albums)

So I assume that including Jon Batiste and Bleachers on the collaborators part means they are also singing on (some of) their tracks 
 
Jon has a lovely voice but I couldn't care less about Jack's (his voice is nice but it's just the basic indie rock singer voice that I'm not that excited about) so I hope he gets snowonthebeach-ed. Sorry Jack

doing my masters and starting my career after working in service jobs and taking 6 years to get my bachelors (with the added stress of being a first generation college student), and I'm so fkn burnt out and just delusioned with adulthood and the world. Lana's songs usually take a bit to hit me, but this one along with Wildfire Wildflower are hitting so hard right now
