It feels like this album will be very divisive with her fans…

all of the songs seem to tread on the same monotone line  mood ring is the best out of the 3 though 

In her live earlier she mentioned that the deluxe vinyl for solar power is her favourite one so far I’m so glad I was able to get it I can’t wait too see it  also I have no idea what I’m gonna do with the poster that’s literally the size of a small child 
 

The ~insiders~ have terrible taste. Take the info of the genre and disregard everything else lol.

So embarrassing. Imagine going to the Antarctic and bootleg Natasha Bedingfield/Sheryl Crow is the music you choose to make.

I think he is the second insider to say that the melodies are not good on this album. 
 
Mood ring is great though. 

I love it. The tracks we've heard are all so cohesive. They're clearly from this same magical universe. You can tell she's put a lot of work into it 

i get its cute but how are people calling this her best song? 

… that‘s harsh. SP is cute and even if you dont like the other songs (like me)- they‘re not that bad

There's 3 seconds of silence at the end so I don't think so omg.. Could still mean that they sound similar, though. The 3 seconds can just be so they're distinctly two separate songs.
 
The album so far sounds like it will be coherent so I have no doubts that it'll sound 'right' on the album.

Side note: I don't like how they've given it that 8D audio feel? Where it like, plays only in one side of your headset. it's always so jarring to me and as someone who loves loud music, ruins the vibe when it quietens down for that.

She said this is from the perspective of a 'character' and something about naming the character (my livestream was buffering hard at this point so I could have totally misheard/missed a big part of detail but), which to me sounds like more songs on the album could be from a point of view other than her own? Kind of interesting to have it almost as the album closer.

Ok Mood Ring is amazing. I’m excited for the rest of the album again. Why in the hell did she release solar power and that nail salon song as singles? Solar Power is cute but it wasn’t first single material. 

Disagree 100%. She’s already started creating music with new producers for new projects (such as Mike). She’s not giving any signs of giving up yet. As well, she’s been trying new stuff like the country album with Nikki.
