This has helped me for over a year now. I put my phone on absolute minimal volume so I can barely hear it, but when I do, it helps me to focus on the melodies instead of my rapid thoughts. (Interestingly, rain ASMR videos don't put me to sleep at all, but this works!)
And some weeks ago, I noticed that the sound from the dishwasher made me sleepy, so I put on this video sometimes to help me fall asleep too. x)

it's not that we're using that as a way to excuse her behavior, we're just pointing out the fact that it's unfair that she'll get dragged endlessly for her stupid behavior, but when other celebrities do the same thing or something similar they don't receive the same level of critism and hate, they get off way easier

I’d probably ask for that, instead of demos and outtakes (some of which we never thought we’d ever get, but happened to leak this year). That seems the most rare of things to me!
