I still think Dolly on Prettiest Girl in Country Music would be amazing. As I said in the Pre-Pre-Release, I can totally hear her voice on the song & I’m sure after so many years in the industry, she can relate to the lyrics x

I’m sure she will end up changing the title, if this even gets released (we know how she is). But omg I really don’t want her to!! I’m obsessed with the title “Lasso” it’s super simple but it just evokes an image in a way that Ocean Blvd did not

I think this could be a massive album for her if she plays her cards right. Country is huge in the US and Lana just keeps growing by the year. If she gets Zach Bryan, Morgan Wallen, Dolly, etc. on it that would only help her, too. Luke Laird and Jack... whew. She's wild. 
 
My only hope is that it's an album full of originals. I pray it isn't like, half covers or something. 1-2 covers is fine, but I want true Lana-country-songs. 

I'm busy finishing up my Lana Sims 4 Legacy Challenge and the Chemtrails generation was supposed to be country-themed but I guess I have to change it up big time now

YES. Lana has been flirting with country since the very beginning, it was about time that she leaned all the way into it. I love that there seems to be a strong stylistic emphasis so far (hence, a title as on the nose as Lasso) because when Lana consciously gets into a genre, she undoubtedly makes it her own.
