i agree, i definitely don’t think its a parody. it seems like an actual emotional song for her n i love it

i dont think its a parody of christian music but more of a song about her struggles with faith and her relationship with the lord that sounds like a parody because of how on the nose it is lol

I've never seen the back cover before, I'm shook! Whenever I see the back cover of an album for the first time I get so obsessed bc it changes my whole view.

I really think he did a fantastic job with the background music for Violet. It's memorable and sets a mood. I liked what I heard with Patent Leather Do-Over, too

The beginning of Cult Leader reminded me of Cocteau Twins and I'd really like that vibe for LD9 as well. She's so versatile, she can do anything really. I want bombastic but I also want dark and witchy...can't we have both?

As much as I love deeply autobiographical tracks, I'm manifesting honeymoon energy in terms of its abstract/enigmatic imagery and themes. Like I... kinda wanna be confused

Not happy Jack is back since I enjoyed BB production so much more than his production. Not really excited for LDR9 anymore but let's see what they will deliver. Maybe Jack will surprise me.
Praying for an electric guitar driven album too, Mac & VB are great songs actually 
 

Yeah i would like to see a guitar driven album this time (even acoustic ) as well , something to spice things up

Riverside? If You Lie Down Next to Me? They're the ones I could see as the reference, since they seem so personal to the two of them. 
 
And no, I will not accept discussion of the wrong lyric "listen to a song".
