Kintsugi is one of her best songs in a very long time. It's very very reminiscent of Leonard Cohen or someone of that songwriting stature

how this reflects on the line earlier where she says she doesn't think she runs when things get hard, but doesn't trust herself with her heart... ugh so fucking good.

One of my top favorite things about Lana has always been that her music is very existential, and she plays a lot with that. I'm so happy she's further (and I mean further) exploring this with Ocean Blvd. That's why I have a soft spot for Chemtrails too, which is very nihilistic. I love the narrative on that album, and I absolutely love that it ends with For Free.
