as the tenth anniversary of one of the best debut albums of all time gets closer, i wanted to make a reissue concept for what we could get next january. we all know lana is not going to do anything for this special occasion so i've taken it upon myself 
i hope you like this, i am going to make one for Paradise which i will add to this thread when im finished

I know Lana is literally the queen of California, and shes been dabbling a little bit more in the midwestern side of things, but god damn i am so tired of the whole west coast sound. I need some east coast intensity and structure!

When do we all think is a likely release period? I feel like October could be likely, and tbh I'm sort of hoping it is because that's my birth month  Libras deserve! October has always brought us great Lana material. October 2012 brought us the Ride video, October 2014 brought us her Galore magazine shoot aka her greatest shoot, October 2017 brought us her first solo NYC shows in 5 years, October 2018 brought us snippets Lana shared of How to Disappear, Cinnamon Girl, and Happiness is a Butterfly, and October 2020 brought us, well.. the Violet signing, but anyway, October is LANA'S MONTH!! Let's get ready!! x

So anyway. What colour vinyl are you all hoping BB will be? I'm thinking blue is obviously expected, but I'm still holding out for a baby pink LDR vinyl to finally come to light xx

They are holding on too much for just a single... Arcadia is definitely coming with the preorder. My dream (logical) timeline would be:
- Sometime next week announcement of the single and preorder (along with an album trailer featuring the BB footage, Arcadia IG visuals and another song)
- Arcadia + preorder live on September 17th (maybe the album trailer can be released here instead)
- Album out on November 12th (they won't release the same day as Taylor or even the next week) with the MV of the next single or the proper title track MV (if it actually exists by that date)
- On November 13th she drags some random publication and announces LDR9 with Mike Dean as the executive producer.

By far her best album wow. She delivered. 

Just finished the first full listen and wow oh wow. She really did THAT. This is really a body of work, I'm truly impressed. Lyrically, vocally and production-wise it's all very strong. 
The only pity I feel is that none of the tracks hit as hard as Experiment On Me, but aside from that it is amazing. I did keep expecting The Lighthouse to end with an explosion of guitars but it's amazing anyways
And of course have to mention the perfect cover, it's so perfect 
Really loving the direction she took with everything
 
Btw: does anyone know if the movie will available for streaming/online purchase?
