Seriously tho, this title could still be relevant to LDR8; the birds = the drama and chaos surrounding her career, spoiling her American Dream... 

I genuinely hope Lana and Clay are okay. I hate to imagine Lana suffering through another heartbreak. The supposed correlation between heartbreak and good music is not worth it if it means she feels even the tiniest amount of pain   

I think that they just don't want to be seen together (maybe this is her way of doing things differently this time?).

A reminder that  Lanas Guitarist Blake was seen in the studio on May 31th.  He was involved in Cruel Word, Pretty When You Cry & Flipside.  Blake × Mike Dean = Electric Guitar & Synths. Another masterpiece is coming I fear.

an album, 3 songs, two music videos, 2 magazines, multiple photoshoots and highly active social media   it’s like she dropped off the face of the earth 

Actually she wrote/recorded Change on June 8th 2017 at around 8 PM and ended up finishing the song on June 9th at 2 AM, which was the day she needed to turn it in! Rick Nowels confirmed this in an interview with Genius that was published in 2017. 
 
 So June 9th 2017 was when she turned in the album, which was about a month-and-a-half before LFL came out, and 3-and-a-half months before the vinyls were released (they came out around September 29th)!  

So true, that title is not iconic. Good God here we go.
