There has been fighting in regions in Ukraine (Donbas, Crimea) for years, which has rarely been spoken about, it’s just that this is an all out attack and attempted takeover of entire cities which have 2-4 million people living in them. It’s just the scale of which this is happening which is making this lead to people declaring it the beginning of a new “war”

I suppose, but I don't personally see Putin as a tyrannical leader whose aim is world domination. I see him as a sad man trying to reassemble the vestiges of a lost Empire. Passivity may risk further expansion into those former territories, but I don't think it'll set a precedent at large. 

The way genuine questions have to be prefaced by pleas for mercy. And that's on Gen Z running this place.

I happened to listen to the previews from the Blue Banisters track list recently. Every song seemed indistinguishable from the last to me. I'll happily listen to "Put Your Lips Together" or "Gramma" over "Arcadia" and "Dealer" any day.
