This is my favourite performance look so far this year. I don't even mind that it's a dress that she's worn 3 other times, she really does look so incredibly stunning in white, and there's something about a voluminous side part that just does it for me x

I don't see how this is offensive to Lana though, I think Hayden just didn't look that deep into the lyrics when she used to listen to BTD (i didnt either at first lol) because if you do you'll see that they all have kind of a sad and dark and even "ugly" edge to them and aren't romanticizing or glamorizing that kind of lifestyle. or you'll see that some are about finding the glamor in an ugly situation.... also how is the confederate flag thing hypocritical, she said she wanted to portray the ugly, isn't that what that is?

Me too! They are just both songs that people were crazy about before they were released and then went mostly ignored when they were actually released.

it is, but only on bandcamp and CD. it's not on spotify or apple music because it samples another song and they couldn't get permission from the original artist to use the sample in a song they'd be profiting off of. if they put it on streaming they would be directly profiting off the song every time someone streams it, it's only allowed on bandcamp because they set it to cost $0 and all streaming on bandcamp is free. & with the CDs they can use the excuse that if you buy the CD you're paying for the disc and the packaging but the music itself is free. sorry for the long response

I don't agree with Lana about guns, and believe they are absolutely necessary to ensure one can hold onto their civil rights against oppressive and unaccountable governments, but I'm not going to like her or her music any less because she has said in a lyric once, she envisions an America without the gun. But it seems she was referring to "mass shootings".
 
I'm saying I'm not going to completely flip out and wish their downfall, because some artist doesn't specifically align with my political beliefs.
