Y'all can say what you want but at the end of the day she was right about the 90% of the things she said, she just said them in the most wrong and brutal way.

The way I see it with leaked songs being on the record (and I hope this may help anyone struggling to reconcile any grievances about older songs being on the album and wishing for strictly previously unheard material) is that, the song still exists beyond the time of its conception, and thematically, lives on and does not have an expiration date. The beauty of music is that, if we truly enjoy it, we don’t just listen to it only when it is newly released. The actual recordings of our favourite albums do not change between their initial release and our listens of it over time.

Now I’m wondering if they also shot Arcadia then too. If you look closely at the video that started this thought, it looks like the same fencing is seen in the background as in the new Arcadia video.

 
The timeline also matches up too, as this was September 17th and based on Lana’s nail-alysis, this video seems to be pretty recent.
I’m still wondering if another video from this shoot is yet to come, especially with Father John Misty mentioned and the amount of other people who were tagged in the original post. That may explain though why this was so unexpected and seemingly random - a spontaneous video shoot in the middle of another shoot! x

Did you notice that in the Arcadia new video Lana says "you" instead of "they" when it gets to the part that says "plus all the hate they gave"?

Her simple low budget ones definitely feel more intimate and raw. I feel more of a personal connection to them. The Hope video seems like something any one of us would have recorded in our own homes; it’s almost like she’s inviting us in (like in a psychological way).

I think that the word "elitist" is being confused with favoritism, which still isn't what's going on at all. Personally, I think it's alright for Lana to show appreciation to fans that she's had since 2011 or even earlier (this coming from someone who didn't become a fan until 4 years ago). And in terms of the Honeymoon account, I think it's nice that she was able to find a balance between staying on social media which she clearly wants to do and staying away from the negativity of it. I don't see her intention as being malicious or to shut certain fans out. Not to go on about parasocial relationships, but I really feel like it gets to a point with Lana sometimes where people take things she says or does as someone personally hurting them. She's not obligated to do anything specifically for us at the end of the day. Her job is to make music, and she does that. 

The more I look at that picture of Lana and Lindsay the more I think they look like co-captains of the middle school softball team...kind of love it though
