yeah quite honestly i still don't really get how it works. some of her albums tagged explicit also don't have digital versions with the PA sticker (honeymoon, BTD, and NFR on spotify)... but COCC isn't tagged explicit on itunes unlike those albums. i don't get it  she's a mystery and so are the music industry guidelines
