It's an okay song, i'm not saying it's trash but it's not her best effort, i know she can do better than this.

But i love the melody composition of the song, actually reminds me of classic marina and the diamonds

 the lyrics is just casual rhyming, nothing special about it, let's hope it's just a fun cute vibe for a lead single, the hook is obnoxious but i can see it has a potential viral moment on social medias, the album might have more substance & depth than this song. And i appreciate the fact that this song has a 4:26 length despite being released the middle of an era full of Tiktok length 1-2 minute length songs. 

Let's just celebrate that she just drops new music guys, dont be so hard on her - like its just the lead yall need to chill

Maybe this just wasn’t a good single choice, but I hope her album overall is better. I appreciate the concept of this song being a fun cute bop with butterfly symbolism, but it just feels a little basic. I know miss girl can do better! it’s just an okay song

I was very delulu to think this could have been on Froot, I was clearly not medicated, this sounds like a L+F reject. I just hope the album isn’t another attempt to get the general public on board with her music…I’m not confident.

well….as of right now if i enter a state of denial in which i do not to remember this is the same woman who wrote TFJ, EH, and FROOT i can say i am able to enjoy this song the same way i enjoy 90s/2000s europop like toy box and cascada 

but the song kinda reminds me of one that would be a hit among the youtube nightcore videos with a low quality anime drawing stolen from someone’s deviantart for the thumbnail in the early 2010s….
