I was expecting shipping to be crazy high for just the pill case, but it’s only $6.88. If the coke necklace drops, I’m going to be so upset that I had to place three separate orders :/

For UK to Germany it also isn't that much, but looks like the UK store is somehow messing with the VAT we pay. So people outside UK pay the VAT of their own country while buying, but they don't declare this in the parcel. So once the parcel arrives, you pay the VAT a second time, plus post fees (6 EUR in Germany for example). After several messages of complaining, they will refund the VAT paid while ordering, but of course, you do not get the post fee back.
