i like the instrumental at least.

the album so far is not very good overall tbh.

but, thats what happens with a cover album

Siouxsie & The Banshee’s Through the looking glass will probably forever be my favorite cover album…

:xcry:

i listened and wish i didn't. it's annoying, the instrumental sucks and his voice sounds so digitized. if you told me this was made by an ai listening to him over and over and then being forced to "sing" lyrics over a bland, boring instrumental, i'd believe you.

sorry, but if you're going to cover something at least try to do it well. it sounds worse than some of the gays who did a lil cover on here or on youtube or whatever :wtf3:

Let’s face it, Adam Lambert is an artist with a wide vocal range and Lana doesn’t have that. If you compare ranges it’s fairly obvious that Lana is unable to produce the same notes as Adam Lambert.

Lana is a great singer, songwriter and composer but her style of voice cannot be compared to his. Adam sings with effortless aggression. Lana sings rather passively. She could never execute an Adam Lambert song. It would sound terrible and there would be complaints for her too.

We live in a society in which we are focused on aesthetic and technology rather than technique and talent.

Adam is called to sing for the greatest musicians of all time, honoring many and even acclaimed a tearful standing ovation from Cher.
Although, Lana has a beautiful voice.

She can’t sing live as skillfully as Adam Lambert can. He’s an actor first as he’s had history with broadway and other theatrical productions.

This is a lane in which Lana would tremendously fail in.

When I listened to Adam’s version of West Coast I felt like he over sang the song.

Adam should have respected the tempo of the song but other than that I did enjoy the cover.

In my unbiased opinion,

Lana Del Rey cannot be compared to Adam Lambert. It’s like comparing apples to oranges.

Lana fans will be biased and drag him for covering her music but I think it’s nice to know he loves Lana Del Rey.

I’m sure I won’t care for it, but I was OBSESSED with him when he was on American Idol. His voice has always been good, I just don’t necessarily care much for his songs.

This cover of West Coast isn’t my personal preference, but I’m always interested to see different interpretations of Lana songs—at least he took some artistic liberties & made it his own:true:
