She'll do well. Because of Covid, there won't be a live studio audience. Also, I bet she'll do a standard from the supposed album she was to have out for Christmas. Probably Summertime.

Still think she'll go the route with a single coming out first, which would be about a month before the album. Surprise releases aren't a surprise if everyone's doing it. By the way does anyone one know who's producing it?

Yup. Still only heard MAC, VB and Doin Time. Ah, the satisfaction of knowing there's almost a whole album of new material to listen to.

The Beatles are iconic and Lana's most likely going to be iconic. You have to let some time pass for the iconic to kick in, like red wine aging in a wine cellar. And also, if the Beatles had not existed would you ever have been able to have the recent movie Yesterday, which is about a world where the Beatles never existed.

I always considered the slowdown in the middle of West Coast with the guitar and Lana singing "Oh Baby Oh" as a unique bridge.

Ah the good old days; a lead single a couple of months before the new album and then a whole cd of new songs. And now you have so many songs and snippets released ahead of time that to call an album "highly anticipated sounds almost absurd. I'm sure a time will come when the only song that hasn't been heard when the album is released is the bonus track.

Cycles of life seem to follow the all important number 7. In the Bible it was seven good years followed by the seven lean years. Every approximately 7 years in someone's life or even a groups life there is a change into another direction. One example is the Beatles first single charted in October 1962. They released Abbey Road at the end of September 1969 and broke up. Time line of about 7 years. Lana's breakthrough Born To Die came out in January of 2012. Well we're in 2019. 7 years. There's going to be some kind of change.
