Neil reposted the photo,  I truly think BB is the album name/title. She said “album out later later” with the snippet, then posted the photo of her and the dogs, so I’m pretty sure it’s the official cover.

i also don't personally fvck with the Blue Banisters title, and there's a little delulu in me thinking that she's changing it, especially with the "new title track" comments made by BOZ
 

Besties I’m gonna be completely honest with y’all....I LOVE the album cover but I’m not feeling the title blue banisters. the previous title rock candy sweet was such a serveeeeee. Def a missed opportunity imo

Yellow appears to be a motif for this record’s visuals. Her dress on the cover is yellow, her top and cardigan in the music video snippet are yellow, and her nails are yellow in both. The shade of yellow she chose for each is a pastel shade, which symbolizes being soft and delicate. However, and excessive amount of yellow is thought to breed aggression, anger, frustration, a sense of pent-up-ness.
 
I think these two moods - one very light and the other potentially dark - reflects exactly how she has described the last year or so to have been for her. QFTC serves as a preamble for this record, in a way - it discussed the theme of fragility and conveyed a sense of frustration in regards to that theme, so I think that’s what the yellow links to in terms of Lana’s life experiences and potentially the narrative of the album. 

yellow is the color of optimism and enlightenment - and since the banisters are unpainted on the cover it'd mean she's starting fresh

Neil Krug shot the cover and according to BoZ, Drew Erickson produced the song (who has been a producer for Weyes Blood in the past)!

The cover is GORGEOUS. Effortlessly beautiful. Her best since Ultraviolence. Do we know who shot it?
 
And the upcoming single sounds GORGEOUS as well. I kinda wish she started with that and didn't realise the past 3 singles so we have more tracks to look forward to. I also think this new track sounds like the best song out of the 4. Do we know who produced it?
 
She better fucking release it soon! I'll give her one month.

Ugh I just cannot get over this album cover. It feels so luxurious with that cream border, the black lining of the photo, and the serif font. 
 
And the image itself is striking - there's a warmth to it with Lana's effortless beauty and the colouring, suggesting something very reflective, soft, and familiar.
 
But there's also a bit of an edge with Tex and Mex. They almost look like guard dogs, acting as defence for Lana - which suggests a slightly more aggressive and self-protective side to the album as well!
 
She really is going to deliver (as she always does) and this cover is just so brilliant. I love all her album covers and I was totally here for the selfie cover, but this is just next-level. Super grateful and happy we got to see it today!

This is the most beautiful album cover of hers since Born To Die and Paradise.

Late to the party but I have to say I love the album cover, it’s absolutely stunning, she looks gorgeous !! And I’m so glad the album is still called Blue Banisters, this title evokes so much to me (might even be my favourite title of hers but it’s just a really personal preference). Won’t listen to the new snippet but very excited for a new single 
 
P.S. : I know the photo is recent, but it looks like it could’ve been taken during the LFL era, there’s something about the hair and the makeup that’s very reminiscent of 2017. And her shoot with Neil for that era was one of their best ! That guy is so talented, he really know how to encapsulate a feeling. I get the same mystical vibe I got with the 2017 shoot.
