Honestly idc about social media anymore. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE (your mom, your cousin, your elementary school friends, your boss, the company you work for) is there and it's making me sick. Her career has been like that since it began.
I feel like NTMT was a "fuck it" situation where she threw whatever she made in a very short time and it turned out good with overrated acclaims. And now she feels the pressure of releasing a second album with the fear of becoming a sophomore slump.
She is a really rare case. Some people find it iconic, I find it very stressful and little professional.

I still find myself so scared to trust anything from this era but I mean ffs it’s crazy to think we have had more performances, interviews, press, than any of the past 7 years combined in the last few months. These are crazy times we are living in but it seems certain that we have reasons to be hopeful about what is on the horizon for us Ferraris

I stopped coming here cause all that negativity was getting a little bit out of hand.
Also, Sky's not a helper so we can't help her in any way unless streaming Don't Forget.
The music video is no where to be seen... Honestly I got tired of expecting things, rooting for her...
Wish her the best. When (or if) things comes out, I'll listen and cheer but meanwhile I'm avoiding to check on her.

this is what pisses me off about stan culture, people who share any critique of the artist’s work are automatically labelled as haters. like i’ve been listening to sky since she released one, i’ve been a fan for over a decade. i support her and want her to succeed, and i like don’t forget. do i need to lie and say the 9 year wait hasn’t been a little bit anticlimactic? as long as people aren’t attacking her character, because obviously nobody has the right, then there’s nothing wrong with having an opinion. i’ve said this previously but as much as i do really enjoy don’t forget, it is admittedly a bit bland for a comeback single. she had years to work out this release and it was still a nightmare. i really hope after this vulture interview that she can get this album done and release it within the next 12 months
