Guys I just relistened to OG Red on my old iPod, and wow that album is just so perfect. Specifically the 2012 version. It’s such a time capsule of that era in time I think. And the way I listen to it and think about how drastically different it is in terms of maturity, sound and visuals from her 3 albums before it. It breaks my heart, it’s such a devastating album and will always be Taylor’s peak for me no matter what she releases in the future. Red genuinely feels like the album that Taylor Swift was put on this earth to make, like her mission statement to me. Damn. And the OG Treacherous demo and State of Grace acoustic. My heart actually hurts so bad right now this album still devastates me even after all these years

call be biased but i pretty much think the qftc was right but misunderstood... all she said in it was true except that she only mentioned female artists but wtv! other artists kept charting and getting acclaimed for talking about sex and deepless themes while lana was till that day getting judged for her past projects... maybe if she just made the qtfc a little easier for chronically online people to understand she wouldnt get massively cancelled like she was back in the day </3

I was fine with Jack on NFR, then with Chemtrails it felt unnecessary. Then by OB it was just starting to become a joke. I don't really wanna get into the whole Jack debate but for the love of god she needs to work with a different producer for a change. And this goes for all of the other pop girlies that are continuously sucking his dick and acting like he's the pinnacle of music, he's really not...

I just hope it's not boring country. What Beyonce did with CC was reinvigorate the genre, mix it up, and successfully create both bangers and ballads that resonate and deserve radio play.
 
If we get another Chemtrails - a slow, straight-up genre record with no hits and nothing new brought to the genre, then I would think of it as a disappointment. 

I can't wait for the country era to be over and it hasn't even started yet. Hopefully it's not too country
