Also I'm 100% here for the album remaining at 11 tracks if they're all amazing. My main issue with LFL was that it was too bloated, it's really hard for me to rate because it has some of her best songs and some of her worst. I'd rather 11 tracks than a longer album with songs I don't like as much - especially if there are some longer tracks on NFR

Now can people stop shitting on Jack as a producer??? I knew him and Lana would make amazing music together, Jack is such a talented and versatile producer

wow, pretty sure VB is going to hit 1,000,000 on youtube in its first 24 hours which is just incredible. Ten minutes of actual euphoria. 
I was soooo afraid after LFL that we were going to end up with some shitty half-assed follow up with Rick, my god, I'm so grateful- This is the complete opposite.

I never thought anything would be able to top Ultraviolence but if any project stands a chance this may be it ladies. Both singles are so fucking amazing, I'm so so so glad we finally got a really long song from Lana

She’s going back to her Ultraviolence glow but this time proving she doesn’t need a toxic relationship in her life to make an excellent music. Ugh her mind

Man p4k have really had to eat their words the last few years. The BtD review was so scathing (and not very well written tbh), they pretty much designated her as flavour of month who would not be remembered after the video games hype died down. They then spent the next 2 albums calling her a bad feminist, saying her dad bought her career etc. I guess we've finally come full circle and lana is finally the real deal, here to save music.

Well, great show and how she showed some love to Honeymoon with The Blackest Day acapella. Lowkey wondering if she'll set up some new songs for the next round of shows for the new record etc.
 
I didn't really expect her to announce new music in mid August... in a Festival... at Hungary. So I'm ok with it.

Listen im not trying to be an edgy Ultraviolence snob or anything, but i really hope Lana strips back her sound again. There was something about that era that gave us the most insight into her inner thoughts and feelings and the stripped back sound matched it so well.
The real instruments cut out all the bullshit, as if Lana was like "that's it, you wanna make assumptions about who I am? Then take this REAL shit!" And I think it kinda worked. It cut out all the fakers and the people who really couldn't be bothered to look deeper.
We need this again.
Honeymoon was from another universe, but Lust for Life felt like such 'surface work', and there was a very clear filter in which it came through (P.S. THE DEMOS DONT HAVE THIS FILTER SO LEAK EM ALLLLL I BEG YOU"). Idk, i just think real instruments bring out her best, and creates the heavy atmosphere that captivated everyone to begin with.
