Lmao tbh I’m always like that, not that I don’t forgive but I usually end up forgetting the reason I’m mad @ someone. Like, I know they did something, and the feeling still sticks w/ me, but I always forget what was it.

The earthquake was also felt in Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia, Hungary and even Italy. Sending out support if there's any Lanaboards members from this area. I hope you are fine. 
 
I live in northern Croatia and it was horrifiyng - me and my family had to run out of the house, things were falling of shelves, it got us really scared. Thank God there wasn't any serious damage in my area.
 
Sadly, the town of Petrinja (which was the epicentre) is pretty much ruined. Thousands of people left homeless and 7 found dead so far... We've been watching the news on TV the whole day and it literally all looks like there's a war going on or something. 
 
Please include Croatia in your prayers tonight. We won't be sleeping calmly, especially because this is the second bigger earthquake in the last 2 days. 
 

im not sure if this is an unpopular opinion or not, but im listening to BTD (the album) currently and... i really think Million Dollar Man might be in the top, like, 5 worst songs in lana's whole discography  which is a shame bc the live version is soooooo incredible! but on the album version... her vocals sound absolutely terrible and the weird autotune type effect makes her voice sound so weirdly metallic and robotic? and the strange sound effect that sounds like wind throughout the whole thing is so loud that it's almost distorted, not to mention how distracting it is from the rest of the song. the strings sound really cheap and the drums don't feel very balanced in terms of volume???

I'll never understand the need and love for instrumentals. That's all I have to say 

I have never really liked 'Mariners Apartment Complex' all that much. Don't get me wrong it's a good song—but in world of 'West Coast', 'Ride', 'The Blackest Day' and even 'Venice Bitch', 'MAC' is the superior song? 

Put Me in a Movie and Ultraviolence are some of her best songs

I said it before but Paradise is a masterpiece, it's in my Lana top 3 
 

I am nlt excited for the cover album. Summertime is ok but a little boring. 

My main issue with NFR is that it lacked character. It sounds dry and flavorless.
 
There are some cuts on this album that I enjoy but overall it’s my least favorite from her discography.

While I love the song despite its many "white noise" moments and the tinny piano and overall production, this has got to be the cringiest opening line, let alone lyric, in Lana's discography. It's in the same category as "I'm crying while I'm cuming" and "Fuck it I luh yaaa" for me.

Also, I don’t get the hype around “you fucked me so good that I almost said ily”. People were saying that’s one of the best opening lines they’ve ever heard. I thought it was cringe ngl 

Don’t hate me but I thought NFR (album) was lacking in every way possible. It just doesn’t have the Lana Del Rey feel. If someone was to cover an older Lana song, I’d be able to tell that it was a Lana cover but I swear any indie artist could cover any song from NFR and I wouldn’t think Lana had written it. There are some moments in the album that are absolutely amazing like the FIILY vocal layering towards the end and the verses of California but all in all I just don’t like it. It’s lacking production-wise, lyrically, etc... Even the chords and melodies are SO predictable and commercial - especially in the chorus of Love Song (imo obviously)

The blackest day is her best song. 
Tulsa Jesus Freak will be no. 2.

summertime's her worst cover. the production great, the part at the beginning with the backup singers is amazing, but her vocals on it don't fit the song at all. it's uncomfortable to listen to.
