This is extremely long overdue but I've finally completed the next part in my LDR cassette series, Honeymoon! I literally started this back in September so I'm really glad to finally be sharing it. I've had major creative block lately so I'm hoping returning to this series will help. I think this edit might be my favorite in the series so far (but I'm biased since HM is my fave album). Anyway, hope you guys enjoy the edit! 
 

In continuing my "Lana albums as cassettes" series, I'm excited to share the one for Paradise! I really love how this one came out and hope you all do too!
 

I've seen from some of the design accounts I follow on instagram, VHS or cassette tape edits for artists albums. So I wanted to take my own stab at it and decided to do it for NFR. I worked on this over the past couple days and it was honestly pretty challenging, but also super fun! Some songs were really hard to make visuals for. My favorites are the HIAB and MAC cassettes. Hope you guys like it!  
 

I believe it's "the most realistic" to hope for a cover of "Diamonds and Rust", since Joan Baez is clearly of big influence to Lana, plus she mentions the song's title in BB.
I'd looove to hear a cover of "Time of the Season" tho

Would it be a reach to assume when she says
“I guess you could call IT text book”
the “it” she’s referring to is “daddy issues”? Cause then she goes on to almost define what that term means or a common pattern people who have those issues tend to follow. I feel like she didn’t wanna flat out say it cause then people are gonna say she’s romanticizing it or they’re gonna say she’s too grown for that (as if those issues go away with time alone).

To celebrate the Lust for Life 4th anniversary, I did a little Roses Bloom for You edit using a vocal filter of the snippet (sounds so LQ but that's the best I could get) and an amazing harp rendition of the instrumental I found on YouTube, by Winterly Heights.
I hope we someday get the song anyways!

Hi all, I created this acoustic version of Wildflower Wildfire and thought I would share it with you all. I found this electric guitar instrumental by Mapho on YouTube and thought it was really pretty, so I used it to create this version.
The simple electric guitar gives it a very Pretty When You Cry/Flipside, Ultraviolence-y feel, which I thought you all may enjoy too.
Although it's not perfect because the acapella I used was just a filter and I'm no pro at audio editing, I still really like how it came out and I've been enjoying listening to this version.

I reached 40 days free of an addiction today so I decided to splurge money I certainly don't have on the Fnac blue vinyl and it's so gorgeous I am physically weeping. The track is cute. Not just what I would call a proper duet.
 
 
I agree. I think that with most of the features, her artist friend play her a song of theirs, she sings along while listening, and they decide to record her right away because it sounds nicer with her. If there is more planned implication, there are chances that Lana ghosts them before it happens (Eat for free says hi )
I just wish they wouldn't"t have the feature in the name of the song as a clic bait. 
 
If she write the song with the partner, it definitely ends up as a proper duet (like she does with most of the duets for her albums). For exemple, in the case of Breaking Up Slowly, it wasn't intended for her album in the first place. She actually claimed the song because she loved it.
