Crossing over into the reddit cringe discussion, I think a huge red flag is anybody who insists Lana is a character or not a real person. There's a brand new post on reddit saying that exact thing with hundreds of upvotes, and I just can't believe so many of her fans are so stupid as to believe that.

Stans who think Lana “glamorizes” abusive relationships 

When they think NFR-COTCC-BB “all sound the same.”

being an nfr stan who acts like anything before and after that album is pure shit 

Stans who shit on others for listening to AKA because it is from a “problematic/bad” time in her life 

while we’re at it, i understand people being bored and unfulfilled by the lack of promo lana’s been doing for the better part of hmmm 5 years, but it also rubs me the wrong way when people still expect that of her despite how successful she’s become, the lasting legacy she’s already built for herself, and how little of a need there is for it anymore from her side of things. i kept on saying this in the prerelease thread but her job is only to fulfill her contracts, she had to go to greater lengths to do that in the past but it’s not necessary the case anymore. let the woman chill out and live her life  there’s nothing wrong with wanting her to do more, i would absolutely love her to as well, but you can’t expect that anymore

stans who act like they know all about her personal life and issues 

"I WANT HER TO WANT TO KILL HERSELF AGAIN TO GIVE ME ANOTHER ULTRAVIOLENCE" - someone actually said this before 

People who (especially vocally) hope her relationships end because it gives them “better music.” 

People who pretend to be armchair psychologists and diagnose Lana with personality disorders, drug use, etc 

The ones that speak on her appearance as if it's any of their fucking business and they're not just being rude for the sake of it 

also as for me a huge red flag is when someone acts like Lana owns you everything. I hate seeing comments under her normal post like 'okay but we want music' or 'no one cares, release YTH  something' etc  

Stans who don't accept that some people like her older music more and accuse them of being shallow and not understanding art and shit. 
 
Self proclaimed coquettes who have their own idea of Lana that never existed. They assign Lizzy Grant and BTD Lana as being a coquette but she was trailer trash and a femme fatale Hollywood diva. They're delusional in general so that makes sense. 
 
Fat phobic stans who only use photos when Lana was at her skinniest during her BTD era. I feel like they have body images issues overall.

I think the biggest red flag is when people gatekeep her music and act bitchy about the ones who enjoy something that they don't (piano)  I hate some of you calling others per locals/newbie (even stans since 2012) just because of the difference in subjective music taste

The biggest red flag is when stans stalk her in real life.

Trashing NFR is a particularly grating red flag.

Stans who act like BTD is a bad album just because it’s popular.
