I think Sept 5 is happening, bc so far, this rollout seems very similar to that of Honeymoon, even down to little things like the changed title. I’d expect a single in late July or early August

Lol nothing is ever forgotten on the internet. Especially in regards of Lana critics love to bring up basically her entire career and not so seldom her private life. And this time it won't only be critics. Her post gained a lot of momentum. As soon as new music comes out, the last thing people remember her for is the controversy surrounding the video of the looters and then ultimately before that was her post. So either way people are curious in what way the album fits into the narrative of it all or just want to see her fuck up again. If anything I hope it sheds some clarity where she is coming from. Because while I understand her frustration of not being able to do as she wants (playing it safe ig), it just appeared out of the blue. More so if you look at all the praise NFR! received. To a lot of people it looks like the Grammy nomination and praise got to her head. But on the other hand it just could be that the same nomination and praise is what made her snap. I wanna see that album come out on September first, then we'll see afterwards the reactions

I feel like (knock on wood) the public is done trashing her. Her controversy will hopefully be forgotten

Lana always looked good to me ( even though I'm not the biggest fan of her fillers, she doesn't need them in my opinion but it's her face and not mine ) and a woman or a person should not be called overweight or fat bc she/he gained some weight and it is not super skinny and yeah I'm skinny but I have a (girl)friend who asks me very often if she looks fat and she is definetly not fat. She looks pretty normal and I always told her that she looks beautiful the way she is and that she hasn't to be skinny.
 
And enjoying to see Lana with blonde hair... and as someone mentioned before the blonde eyebrows could be her natural eyebrows....nevertheless it might look "weird" to see Lana with blonde hair and especially with blonde eyebrows..because we are used to seeing her with darker hair and darker eyebrows ..  Lana is not ugly and not fat because of that. She just went shopping..so let her live...yeah she is a celebrity but bc of that she doesn't need to dress up 24/7.  I think sometimes we forget that Lana is a human being
 
Not saying that everyone should like her blonde hair if you like her darker hair more  than it's totally fine as long as you be respectful towards Lana / to other people in general

I think she did dye her eyebrows when her hair was dark ... and these are her natural eyebrows.
 
My eyebrows look like that and I have the same hair colour (maybe a little lighter ... but I think hers still has some of the dark dye in it).
 
Anyway the good sis is not fat in any way, shape or form, and anyone who thinks she is can fight me (and even if she was, who gives a fuck?)

the novel was horrible, Humbert was so horrible and i can't recall anything romantic happened in the novel
the author made it crystal clear that Humbert was a disgusting man
but obv the cinema had something else in mind lol  

The book is beautifully written but it's important to not let the romantic lines distort the truth about what the book is really about. I do feel awkward having the book in my possession, and have thought about throwing it away tbh...
 
Also lots of people are saying Madison probably didn't actually read the book and just saw some aesthetic screencaps of the movie on Tumblr and branded it as her fave which I kinda believe  

That book is incredible and shocking. It always was. Oprah once described child abuse as being more « child seduction » than abuse (don’t get me wrong: it is abuse, but the way the events set in, it’s a seduction game with a minor). There are many conflicting ideas going through the kid’s head because of that. That novel does the best job at describing how that situation can happen. That novel has always been scandalous; I love it’s brutal honesty (though not very graphic on all the physical acts- thank God).To be fair, I don’t even think she was that young when she started going out with older men... but who knows? I always saw the lyrics of the songs when she fucks older men to be mostly ironic and exaggerated (same as « he hit me and it felt like a kiss »). But outside her fan base, many don’t get that second-degree to her songs.

There’s a difference between being misogynistic vs having an opinion. I believe it’s misogyny if you’re coming from a place of hate. My comment wasn’t about hating her or her look, i just think what I think and when your choice to voice your opinion of someone who is in the public image is taken from you, there’s an issue. It doesn’t mean to be a hateful asshole and to drag someone through the dirt who is comfortable being out in public one way or another, whether with makeup or without, or hair this way or that. I thought she might look good with blonde hair, but I think for her shorter blonde or curled blonde looks best if she’s going to do blonde. This look we see here just isn’t the Lana we’re used to and it’s completely okay to have an opinion. But there’s no need to be an asshole either. Either way, she’s always going to be fucking smoking hot
