The more I look at this, the happier I am with the choice I made... I also collect Lana CDs so I'm thinking of buying the standard cover one, but the alternate cover vinyl is so much better to put on display than the standard one, imo... it has a classic feel, looks like an album from the 70s, I really love it 

They've updated my fnac order for the red vinyl and now it shows the alternate Neil cover, I won

That song is about a girl who’s cheating on her boyfriend with numerous people, hence, it makes him feel like he’s “on lockdown like a penitentiary” - he feels imprisoned by his cheating partner. I wouldn’t call someone who is upset about being cheated on an “incel”.

As the song is obviously about her family, her childhood and how she escaped from that, the chemtrails represent the evil and occult from her family, from the elite she grew up with, from the country club. "Nothing is what it seems down at the country club..."

I can definitely see this as a track Lana would leave unreleased and leak five years later, I’m just so grateful this didn’t become one of those unreleased leaks.

This is really interesting bc now that i've thought about it, this song actually resonates with NFR in a lot of ways. Let's go back and think about who Norman fuckin Rockwell was anyway. He was an older painter who painted the time period of the American Dream. Lana's NFR character was a man who wanted the American Dream, but never could reach it-- his version was never attainable. Like in TNBAR. COCC is Lana's American Dream and she doesn't care what she has to do to get there-- she's saying this is what their life could be if he just let her, just like LMLYLAW-- Let me be the woman I want to be to you, let me love you like I think I should and want to in my mind of this american dream, fragile, but forceful all the while. Let me be your American Dream, just like National Anthem back on BTD, "blurring the lines between real and fake"
