it's so nice seeing appreciation for Guns and Roses... I've always liked this track and i really do not think it's as boring as other people make it out to be. The bridge is amazing

People on here still fighting on whether or not NFR is a good album more than 3 years later when there’s kids on TikTok dressed up as maids using the same 3 sped up unreleased songs that are gonna crowd up our concerts...know who the true enemy is..

i love the atmosphere this album has, it's one of the most cohesive Lana has made

I might win Worst Taste next year for that, but I enjoy LFL, COCC and BB a LOT more than NFR   I revisit it so rarely I sometimes forget it even exists. 
 
It may be the fact I was super depressed when NFR dropped and I ended up mixing the music and my mental state at the time, but I rarely listen to it except for VB, Hope or FIILY. I'm usually deep in my feelings and thoughts when listening to music and NFR was the only Lana album that made me feel absolutely NOTHING. I love the songs though. I can feel the emotions put in them; they just don't resonate with my own and to me, that's way more important than lyrics or song structure. I just don't enjoy listening to them so I don't

Anyways, I’m so glad someone mentioned Grandfather as an exemple of great Lana production. Even my mom, who finds Lana kind of boring and dreary, absolutely loves Grandfather. It’s ethereal, majestic and it feels epic. 
 
For LDRX I’d kill for either grunge or shoegaze as the next genre for her to tackle. 

I love her current voice. I don't get fans obsession with her lower chest voice. Yes it's great but you can see her voice is phenomenal now-  especially in Hollywood Bowl. 
Girl had worked her ass off on those vocal lessons and her tone is gorgeous , full and rounded. 
Her BTD era voice was shaky, pitchy and bad in some songs. (Looking at OTTR chorus).
That being said I wish she stopped the mumble vocals and really sing her heart out as on HB/Oeaan.

in my head, visualizers are very randomly recorded + they don’t focus on the mouth/body of the artist lip syncing the song most of the time. They are more background oriented and they also can repeat the same boring frames the whole song. Imo they are very boring and doesnt draw too much attention but its better to have anything than nothing. At the end of the day visualizers are just…

If she learned how to channel her emotions into her art fully and used that as her emotional communication medium, instead of just rage-popping on IG live, we'd be on Fantasea 17 Roman Reloaded: Part 3 by now.

Masochism would require Sky to like, idk, do literally anything. Earth has a higher chance of suddenly rotating backward.

In short: Fantasea 2 probably more realistic unless she really just likes making coin off bussy soap.

What’s funny to me is that i can comment something so detached & simply factual, like “she is not a criminal” and people JUMP to put words in my mouth, act morally superior, name call, and generally spew the same nasty vibe they claim to be above.

Me typing the fact that Azealia is not a criminal =/= me agreeing with or supporting anything she says

She's a very artistically talented person who is just frustrated as fuck over how she's been received and treated in the industry and media, and on a longer narrative arc - how she's been treated in her life thus far. She gasses her energy off in whatever (healthy or unhealthy) way she feels legitimizes her feelings. She's someone who's learned how to get attention and validation through negative/bad behavior; part of that was her upbringing and early life - it was unstable and not the best from what she's revealed in interviews. In situations like hers, she learned she's gotta scream to be seen, which is what we all get to witness.

I'm not saying it's right or excuses her behaviors either, but at the same time, it feels a little hyperbolic to go in with the "she's evil, she's sick" bit. Just a skosh.

This music would have been so much more relevant around the whole Cyberpunk promo campaign / Lizzy Wizzy concert / etc. it’s like she refuses to let the dystopian ass robot vision die. Like girl it’s bleeding your music dry. I don’t wanna say she needs to spend a good two weeks alone in a dark room making an album again but……….. we know that works!
