When I met Rob at the Wichita show for the NFR show, he told me & my friends a story about how when Lana was younger, they went canoeing together and she saw a spider in the canoe, freaked out, and ended up flipping over the canoe in the lake leading her & Rob to end up underwater 

So many things about this look...

 
The dress she bought from some random boutique that shein ripped off so everyone thought she was wearing a shein dress...
The DNC jacket, which she did a whole photoshoot for LDR Village that will probably never be mentioned by her again...
The fact that she wore this jacket, dress, and boots together to accept an award...

also, lana making at least 6 different videos for gramma was also really random, i wish i knew why she felt inspired to make so many, but i'm certainly not complaining

Considering her past history with creeps at shows (the guy in Florida and the guy in Europe who got onto the stage and hugged her) it's not at all surprising that she'd feel worried at the best of times, but if there was an issue in Rio then that explains a lot

The video is beautiful and the song is heavenly. I cried. Lana has the most beautiful voice and I know that’s what drew us all to her in the first place. Always happy that she’s still making music. And glad Rob can find a way to express himself musically as well. He’s not the best piano player ever but I still find his work very lovely and sentimental. 🥰

This video was really cute, it’s nice to see such a sweet father daughter relationship between them 

this would be cute but the person that did the remix artwork didn't even get to meet marina despite having concert tickets for a show, her whole team ghosted this poor girl when she asked (which I don't think is an unreasonable request as she met Gabriel) and she wasn't even told when one of the vinyls was dropping.
edit: my point being if she does do something like this again I hope she isn't weirdly exploitative about it.
