I love the three singles, but boy oh boy.... having them for so long really takes the momentum out of the album release. I guess NFR! was the same kinda problem. It just feels sooo... idk, confusing? Unprofessional? Idk what the word is exactly but it just kinda knocks the wind out of BB's sails a little when you feel like you're getting a type of patchwork album instead of a clear vision with strong execution.
 
That being said, WW is my most played song of the last six months and it hasn't even been out that long! Love it

that's true! i find Text Book and Wildfire Wildflower easier to listen to casually, but Blue Banisters.... that song makes me so sad i've barely listened to it

So ... Yes, chemtrails debuted at # 2 on the Billboard 200, but sales were only 75,000. In case you didn't know, this is its lowest. You are also correct that this is Lana's most successful year in terms of streaming, but this is largely due to her cult previous albums, and Chemtrails only showed 200 million streams in 4 months, which is a hell of a lot. I'm not saying Chemtrails is a bad album, but many listeners are already tired of the endless stream of piano ballads and indie folk. Thank you for your attention!

the way Blue Banisters would have the possibilities to be top tier of her discography if she hadn't ruined the song by talking about jenny and nikki and swimming and tex and mex and chucky and chickens and baby 

i'm so out of touch that when i think "country + lana" i still think western cowboy movie cinematic shootouts the godfather gunfights tarantino and florida. i'm constantly manifesting that she makes it SIZZZZZZZZZLE again like on 24

Due to the lack of an announcement at this point it almost feels like the single is not going to be out on Friday. I just hope it is not a surprise release, we will have the last chance tomorrow, She can still say something.

Lana if you’re reading this I want another album with songs that have ENTIRELY Los Angeles romanticization ballads, please sing about Nikki Lane and keep driving your career into the ground with every release so that you don’t have any fame left to complain about!
