I'm glad that someone is finally recognizing the amazing vocals in COCC.
People like to talk shit about that album and yeah you can have your opinion but the vocals were definitely some of her best in years.

If Violet for Roses is anything close to HM title track, I might die at my first listen

I've just realised that this is the first era after 3 albums without having enormous track titles!!

Lana and barrie leaving their differences behind after all those years and releasing their stuff, like riverside, living legend. They reached what they  wanted for the ''best american record'' and they know that.. 
Also if you think about that, through all the songs he could chose to release, he chose the one with the chorus ''finally, im getting close to the dream'' .

that's my guess specially because dealer allegedly has a solo version. my guess is insiders like BOZ and eclipse got the album when it was 70/80% done and only thunder was reworked, dealer was with miles kane and BBS wasn't there yet. and then they got their security stronger and no one has the full album yet

I've always tried to direct people to Old Money, because that was the first time I picked up on this aspect of her story. Most just said I was overanalyzing per usual. 

She’s so iconic uploading after deleting all her socials on an account named after her album from 2015 literally who else does that. Icon behavior. I love her. I love the tote bag with her and Lindsay Lohan on it.

i wonder if she's gonna serve vocals in this album, because COCC was a breath of fresh air in the vocal department. white dress, wild at heart, NAWWAL and DTWD featured some of the most unique and iconic lana vocals and i would love if she experimented more of it on this record aside from the screaming masterpiece

Arcadia is already a great vocal exhibition, so I hope so.

can we make an educated guess that LYT&N was going to reference hundred dollar bill? "i loved you then, you'll always know" from that song. i'm still needing to know more about the outtakes from this fucking album. ugh what were they called? how many are there? ugh

When is Rob dropping his solo album? His verse on Sweet Carolina is about to launch him into mega stardom, a career bigger than Lana's 

I know Lana's dipped and someone has to promote BB for her, but has Rob ever been so involved in sharing his insights and even in the making process of the record itself?
I'm convinced it's just such a special album

I was also wondering how Lana is feeling these days, what she is thinking rn. Like, she seems happy and carefree from the little updates we get from fans/friends, but I also think that this could be a way for her to deal with the whole album situation… I mean, I will never believe she doesn’t care for the release and the fact it is getting always closer. I bet she is as anxious as we are (okay, maybe not exactly like us… ). You know, it’s new even for her, not being “present” during the pre-release period… let’s hope she doesn’t enjoy it too much ?
