I'm so grateful that Lana doesn't care about appeasing those with poor taste and instead is building such a rich catalogue of ART, this song is the most perfect thing she could have released right now, and it's pretty clear that she has some surprises waiting for us on this record. We're going for a ride.

This is such a beautiful metaphor. for the first few listens I though that by “when’s it going to be my turn?” she means “when will I finally be loved” but now I’m thinking that it’s a rhetorical question of desperation about her mortality and the inevitability of being forgotten and she’s trying to fight off these thoughts with “don’t forget me” . Like an internal battle

Closed? Not for long with this fan base…if they can break into her home this tunnel has no chance..

we're already having debates about this track, if we'll even like it in a couple of days, lana's growth as an artist, etc. while i'm over here knowing i'll be enjoying this gorgeous track for years to come  watch me when i'm 70 building a house for my pet capybaras while listening to lana sing FUCK ME TO DEATH

I’m bummed I missed out on the cassette   and also bummed that people can’t see that this song has a lot of differences to IFYLDWM and LMLYLAW. I liked those two songs, don’t get me wrong, but this one just feels different. The vocals, production and lyrics are all there. I hear some similarities but it’s for sure not the same

i honestly feel like TOB (song) isn't necessarily a progression of sound nor anything new but it's the absolute zenith of the sound she curated on NFR, COCC & BB and it's the absolute best parts of all of those albums in a song - and it almost feels like an intentional prelude to the rest of the album afterward
which makes me even more interested to see what the grants will sound like

it's just 3 minutes and 52 seconds of patty banging on the door trying to get in because she didn't get an invite and the sigh is because she finally gave up and went to get frozen yogurt 

honestly though i'm in love with everything and my only gripe (pre-reveal) was the formatting of the title but it works so well in the context of the cover and song itself so once again she let us trust the process 

The sigh of relief at the beginning makes me worried for The Grants 

A&W is American Whore?!  The gag when the final word on the track will be "whore" and then we get the pastor's sermon on track 5. 
 
God, we need more info. Someone should ask BOZ if there are any 5-minute+ songs on the album. Or even a song close to Venice Bitch's 9-minute length. 

can we talk about the last noise that we can hear on the song? cause i think it has something to do with the next song on the album

How someone could think that something as vulnerable and heavy as this song is Lana limiting herself to her comfort zone is beyond me 

Only Lana could release a song that’s almost 5 minutes and I would unironically think “this could be longer”

Fingertips must be Track 9. I have a feeling that this one is going to be one of the most important and difficult/demanding songs on the album. 
 
Ed's description of the album is fantastic. A game-changer with several musical surprises? Absolutely yes! And BOZ saying that "maaaaaybe" the title track cracks his top 5 tracks of this album is certainly promising, because there are at least 4 other tracks which he finds even better than this. 
 
I still hate the generic Sweet title, lol, but mama always puts great songs at #3 on her albums, so I'm being hopeful. 
 
I wonder if most of her features - except for FJM and maybe Tommy - are just samples/smaller contributions like SYML's.
