I'm so glad I could! Its so mysterious, whimsical, possibly dangerous. Like Mulholland Drive, there's beauty and a danger to it.

It will all make sense once we hear the title track 
But it's funny how she had this song since last year but the album was untitled in May (unless she was acting sneaky)

Everything we know of this album so far is kinda like...the Lana album of my dreams. I've always wanted her to create an album that is almost like transfiguring poetry into music. I heard it in the Blue Banisters title track, and now it looks like i'm about to receive

i still firmly believe that it's about the tunnel under ocean blvd in long beach CA!
 
that tunnel has been closed off to the public for years, so it makes so much sense to say "did you know there's a tunnel" since it's been hidden from the world, it was built in the late 20s, was a pathway to the beach so there were less pedestrian deaths, there were little shops set up in the tunnel, but it's been abandoned for years and the building it was initially connected to was demolished

Not gonna lie, it’s an iconic title. She’s asking a question, but also manages to ignite our imagination and curiosity. It’s like an enigmatic invitation to a new mysterious (oceanic) world. 

Yeah the early March release makes sense. Ellie announced her album in November for a February release, and TaP wouldn’t want both of their main artists to release in the same month, so it was going to be either January or March. Anyway, this will be the longest gap between pre-order and official release in Lana herstory!
