i bought this vinyl with the intention of selling it in several years, but honestly, i think we all know that i’m being buried with my UO repress, this vinyl, and my interview magazine.

NOTHING was super limited or hard to get this era so I’m not sure why people thought this one would be different. Yes, the nude vinyl is rare but it was on her store for weeks (?) or at least days before it got sold out. Yes, candy necklace picture disc sold out fast but then they restocked it and it’s still available today. 

I use the investment logic to convince myself it’s okay to get it or if someone is lowkey judging me for having different variants of the same album 

i can at least say i will never waste my money on assai variants  you can literally just make the strip yourself if you want the look of it that bad

Boobie vinyl was available for a long time to order and now is the most sought-after variant. Same for the ultraviolence boxset, that thing was on the website forever back in the day.

Taylor album lead-ups are soooooo boring. If we were less than a month out from a Lana drop, we’d have some girl trying to record her cassette player, some Polish lady with the sock, a bunch of indie retailers accidentally getting albums early, and a bunch of rumors of a double album. 

No  I don't want my fear of missing out on collectables to be a reason to spend money on something that I just don't like
